Service Description

Come relax and heal with me. Reiki is a very old well known way to relax and heal while balancing your energy systems. We are energetic being that are here to experience and learn. We sometimes don't realize that we can deplete our vital energy during daily activities. Do you ever feel like you are feeling like your batteries are running on empty? Do you ever feel like going to certain events or being around certain people can leave you feeling depleted? Lastly have your experienced a traumatic event and are curious to see if reiki can help you move through these difficult emotions? Reiki can be an excellent way to energize you and fill your batteries back up, while gently supporting and grounding you. It can also transform your perspective of your life and the events that have occurred within your life so they do not define and stop you from living your best life. During your 1 hour session you will lie on a massage table while I work on moving any stuck energetic layers. I also use multiple tools during your session. I may recommend that we use the crystal light table during your session as well as some sound healing to help move through any dense layers that could be affecting your physical health. There is a saying that your issues can get stored in your tissues. Using these different tools can help shift those dense areas so you can feel better and more vital.

PLEASE TAKE A MOMENT TO READ OUR CANCELATION & NO SHOW POLICY: *PLEASE READ CARFULLY* The staff at Natural Balance Integrative Health require a miniumum of 24 hours notice for all cancelations. We ask that you kindly call (613-360-9331) to cancel or reschedule your appoitnment if you cannot make it for any reason. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the loss of the session and loss of deposit and loss of the paid cost of the session. We understand that life can throw us curveballs and we are happy to reschedule your session if for any reason you cannot make it.
