How to shop for your birth team. What tests you can expect during your pregnancy, What possible complications may arise and how you have options. How to prepare for postpartum and healing. Breastfeeding tips and tricks and so much more! Starting a family can be overwhelming but you don't have to it alone. This is a perfect opportunity for you to bring your questions and get them answered so you can make informed decisions as you grow your family.

We ask that you kindly call (613-360-9331) to cancel or reschedule your appoitnment if you cannot make it for any reason. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the loss of the session and loss of deposit and loss of the paid cost of the session. We understand that life can throw us curveballs and we are happy to reschedule your session if for any reason you cannot make it.
